Miss Kathleen Mary Lewis, (1907–1990), came from Carmarthen, and was educated at Carmarthen High School, 1917–24.
She graduated with an honours degree in Geography from Bedford College London in 1927, and started teaching at Aberdare in 1932.
She taught Geography and Games and left in 1938. She became Mrs Haimes.
