Judith supervised the production of this Diamond Edition of the magazine;
she remained in charge until the last edition was published in 1990.
This is the 75th edition of the magazine, but it is also the last produced while the school was stll wholly a grammar school. Included in this edition are the following: a short history of the school; Rugby Reminiscences by Keith Rowlands; an article on Education and Opportunity by old-boy Prof. R. Elliott Thomas; The School during the Second World War by ex-headmaster G.P. Ambrose; and, at the end, some thoughts about the magazine and the change from grammar school to comprehensive by the headmaster of the time, Mr. Noël Thomas.
