This is one of a set of six decorative wall plates that depicts various scenes in
and around Aberdare.
The plates were manufactured by Decor Art Creations Ltd in the 1990s and were
part of a series called
The Canterbury Collection which featured several towns in the country. The
Aberdare set was a limited edition of 200.
