Handwritten letter from the architect J.H. Phillips to the clerk, Rev Benjamin Evans,
in which the architect accepts the commission to design School House.
The House
was subsequently built by the Aberdare builder John Morgan.
It was used as a Headmasters’ residence up to 1937, and thereafter by the caretaker.
