A newspaper report of a television quiz between teams from Amlwch in Anglesey and Aberdare. The Aberdare team consisted of a parent,
a teacher and a past pupil of the school , together with Mrs Enyd Arfon-Jones.
The teacher was Luther James, past pupil (1915-20) and staff member (1943-59), the past student was Glyn Voyle (1922-26) and
the parent was the Rev Glannant Jones (Saron, Aberaman) father of Gwyn Hughes Jones.
