William Watters Evans: Aberdare Boys County School 1930 - 1936

William started school in September 1930 and left some months after his 18th birthday in 1936. He came to the school from the nearby Park School and he lived in Mount Pleasant, Trecynon. Like the majority of boys in the school in those days, his father worked underground.
