We
understand that after a career in the police force, Tony is now the Community
Safety Officer for the Rhondda Cynon Taff Borough Council.
You will see from the department website that he is involved in a range
of projects aimed at tackling persistent crime and disorder, as well as general
safety that affect the quality of life of the people in the Borough.
Some of the projects are funded by the Welsh Assembly, and the unit is
involved in a multi-agency approach that aims to make the borough a safer place
in which to live for the young and not so young.
The unit is housed in a building on the Treforest Industrial Estate.
